Getting Remediation Ready

There are a lot of factors that need to happen prior to completing a mold remediation job. Putting containments up might be the most important part of the pre-work. Without the containments, mold spores that are attached to the porous material being cut and removed can move through the air and land on items that were not affected originally and cause more damage. When these containments are up in a residence or business it is a good idea to not enter them until the all clear is given. There will be an air scrubber in the containment to clean up all the spores and dust that demo causes but that still shouldn't mean you should enter. It's best to sit back and trust the experts you hired.
